The Year 7-9 curriculum is a structured programme that encourages students to develop new skills in a range of individual and team sports. In Years 7-9, students have physical education lessons covering units such as fitness, dance and gymnastics. Our games programme consists of the major sports for the girls hockey, football, netball and cricket and for the boys football, hockey and cricket. Touch rugby, tennis and athletics are also taught in these year groups.
In Year 10-11 students have the freedom to choose from a variety of traditional and non-traditional sports but with slightly more options such as rowing, spinning, yoga, squash and zumba.
