Commitment to ethical recruitment

We are proud to support the Agent Qualifications Framework (AQF) and uphold the highest standards of integrity and transparency in student recruitment. We ask our agents to join this commitment by:

  • Making the AQF framework 'Student Guide to Choosing an Education Agent' available on your website.
  • Sharing the guide with each student who accesses your services.
  • Completing the British Council’s UK Education Agent and Counsellor Training and providing proof of completion.
  • Ensuring every student receives honest advice, clear information, and a quality experience throughout their journey.

Working with Sub-Agents

If your agency works with sub-agents, we require that you:

  • Maintain full transparency regarding their involvement in the recruitment process.
  • Ensure all sub-agents are trained in accordance with the AQF framework National Code of Ethical Practice for UK Education Agents.
  • Hold sub-agents to the same high standards of student care and ethical conduct as your own staff.

We greatly value the important work our agent partners do and, by working together with shared values, we can provide the best possible outcomes for our students.
