We invite you to visit one (or all!) of our nurturing nursery sites: Salisbury Villas, Shaftesbury Road and Madingley. During your tour, you will meet the specialist staff dedicated to nurturing your child's potential. For Early Years and Reception: Tours are guided by a member of our Early Years Leadership Team, providing dedicated, specialist insights into our learning environment.

As places are limited across our nursery sites, the first step is for us to confirm availability based on your child's desired start date and required days of attendance. Please contact us with this information. Once we have confirmed a suitable space, we will guide you to complete the online application form to formally commence the registration process for Salisbury Villas, Shaftesbury Road, or Madingley.

Our evaluation process at the Early Years stage is relaxed and focused on ensuring a mutual fit between your child, your family, and our nursery community. For Kindergarten and Reception, this stage involves developmental observation during a visit, allowing us to see how your child interacts with the environment and ensuring we can fully support their needs.

Once your child's developmental visit is complete, and we have confirmation of space availability, we will contact you directly with our formal admissions decision. This notification will include a clear timeline and information on how to accept your offer and secure your child's place in one of our nursery settings.

If your child has been offered a place at Salisbury Villas, Shaftesbury Road, or Madingley, congratulations! To officially secure their future with us, please formally accept the offer and submit the required deposit by the deadline specified in your official offer letter.

We ensure a confident and seamless start for all our new pupils. Our dedicated Early Years staff will work closely with your family throughout the admissions process to share all essential joining documentation and arrange settling-in visits. We welcome applications for children in Rising 3s (2+ years), KG (3+ years), Reception (4+ years) and Year 3 (7+ years). We also accept applications for other year groups if space becomes available.

Entry to the Senior School involves formal assessments designed to measure academic potential and aptitude. Following your application, we will invite your child to attend the assessment day. Assessments can cover areas such as English, maths, verbal/non-verbal reasoning.

The best way to experience the academic freedom and independence of our Sixth Form is to visit. We host a specific Sixth Form Open Evening and offer individual or small group tours throughout the year. We look forward to welcoming you to see our Sixth Form facilities.

We look forward to welcoming new students into the Sixth Form each year to join our existing cohort. If you are applying to join us, please complete our online application form. Final entry is conditional upon meeting our minimum academic and specific subject entry criteria.

Securing a place in the Sixth Form involves demonstrating both academic achievement and potential. All applicants participate in an entry assessment test (CAT4). Those who meet our academic thresholds will then be invited to attend a general interview as the final step in the process. Entry is conditional upon meeting specific minimum standards at GCSE (or equivalent). 

We will contact you directly to confirm the outcome of your application, providing a conditional offer based on final results.

To officially secure a spot in the Sixth Form, we ask that you accept the offer and pay the required deposit by the deadline specified in your official offer letter. 

On Results Day, you must formally notify us of your achieved grades to confirm whether you have met the conditions of your offer. Details on how and when to submit your results will be shared well in advance.

The application process is completed online through our admissions portal. After creating an account, you can make an enquiry, complete an application, or book an event. If you have multiple children, they will all appear within your profile.

You will be able to see the progress of your application, make any necessary payments, and communicate with our team.

If you require visa sponsorship to study with us in the UK, you will receive an unconditional offer. Our entry assessments include:

1. English assessment (IELTS 6.0)
   If you have recently completed an IELTS assessment, you can provide us with a link to the results. Alternatively, you can complete our online English assessment.
2. CAT4 assessment (1.5 hour online assessment)
3. Maths (1 hour online assessment)
4. Interview (20 minutes)

While we understand that it is not always possible, we warmly welcome all our students to assess on-site. If it is not possible, our entry assessments can be taken while you are overseas. We will consider the following arrangements:

• At the student's current school
• At a British Council office
• With an approved educational agent
